Hyve is an invite-only network. You can apply through our website — our team reviews every application to ensure the quality of the community.

Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your application has been reviewed.

Hyve uses a discovery-based interface designed for founders and entrepreneurs. Instead of cold outreach, you connect with people whose goals and industries align with yours.

Account & Profile

Open the Hyve app and tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation. From there you can update your photos, bio, prompts, and professional details.

Contact us at info@thehyveapp.com and we'll help you update your account email.

Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account." This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Subscription & Billing

Hyve offers two premium tiers — Hyve Plus and Hyve Alpha — with weekly, monthly, and annual billing options. Visit our pricing page for details.

Visit the Manage Subscription page on our website to access your billing portal, update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your plan.

New subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. After that, you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.

Privacy & Safety

Tap the three-dot menu on any profile and select "Report." Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Only the information you add to your profile is visible to other members. Your email, phone number, and account details remain private.
