Hyve is not responsible for how users use your public information
You use the App at your own risk when sharing personal details

4. User Conduct Rules

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Upload illegal, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or abusive content
Impersonate another person
Upload copyrighted material without permission
Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the App
Use Hyve for commercial spam or solicitation

We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership and License

By posting content on Hyve, you grant Hyve LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

Promotion
Product development
Publicity
Commercial materials

This license survives account deletion.

6. Messaging and Interactions

Hyve is not responsible for:

User-generated messages
User behavior on or off the App
Damages resulting from meeting or communicating with other users

You agree to use caution when interacting with strangers.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

Hyve is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

Match outcomes
User behavior
Safety of interactions
Accuracy of profiles
Continuous uptime
Error-free performance
Data preservation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Hyve LLC is not liable for any:

Lost profits
Lost data
Personal injury
Emotional distress
Harassment, stalking, or harm from other users
Defamation by other users
Damages arising from user interactions
Viruses or technical issues
Third-party actions
Unauthorized access to your account

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyve LLC from:

Liabilities
Legal fees

arising from:

Your use of the App
Your content
Your interactions with users
Your violation of these Terms

10. Arbitration Agreement

11. Account Termination
